Meet Julie
With over 30 years of yoga practice and teaching, Julie’s work is rooted in breath, resilience, and real life, shaped by years of practice, study, and lived experience in Edinburgh.
Her journey, from Edinburgh’s early yoga studios to studying in Mysore, India, was shaped profoundly by a brain injury in 2008. It taught her that yoga isn’t about flexibility or perfection, but presence, breath, and meeting yourself where you are.
Today, she specialises in Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, and Gravity Yoga, supporting people at every stage of life.
