How it works

Sessions can be delivered on-site, online via Zoom, or at an external venue. No previous yoga experience is needed; sessions are accessible, non-intimidating, and tailored to your team’s needs, whether that’s a morning energiser, a lunchtime reset, or a deeper restorative session.

Yoga for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Yoga can play a powerful role in supporting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, enhancing mobility, facilitating recovery, and cultivating calm focus under pressure.

How it works

Julie offers yoga sessions specifically tailored to the demands of BJJ, focusing on targeted movement, breathwork, and recovery. Sessions are delivered in partnership with Rick Young’s Black Belt Academy in Edinburgh and are suitable for practitioners at all levels.

Thursday evenings at Rick Young’s from 6.15 pm
